General Regulation for Data Protection ("RGPD")
Since May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 applies on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of these data ("RGPD").
Geraldes Services Unipessoal Lda (represented by its trademark contradicted), being responsible for the treatment of data, guarantees a legal basis for transferring personal data, taking into account the proper protection regulation of these data.
1. We guarantee your privacy:
All the data provided will be for the acquisition of travel and possibility of providing services. The personal data that cedes us are fully confidential.
2. Privacy Policy:
We respect the privacy of our travelers and give all care to protect their information. This privacy policy is to provide the information we collect and how we can use it as well as the safety standards adopted to protect your identity and personal data.
Personal information may be requested, such as your name, address, date of birth, sex, email address, nif, etc.
Supra information can be requested when you make your reservation request, or when you receive or send e-mail messages. All personal information we obtain will be recorded and protected in accordance with current Community legislation on data protection and with this Privacy Policy.
In cases that require the consent of minors, the treatment of personal data is only licit by further authorization from the holders of the child's parental responsibilities.
No external entity has access or can consult the database.
We also inform that personal passenger data will have to be processed / used by third-party entities (airlines, hotels, local agents, operators, insurer, rent-a-car, spectacle houses, and all possible service providers / suppliers , which are hired to ensure the reservation and travel from the customer). Reinforcing that all personal data will only be used for reservation effectiveness, process opening, invoice issue, documentation issuance and travel.
All employees of the entity responsible for the processing of personal data are covered by a duty of secrecy and confidentiality in relation to data that have access in the context of data introduction operations in the respective computer basis and are duly informed of the importance of compliance with this legal duty confidentiality being the corresponding responsibility.
Customers have at your disposal the telephone line, through which our employees can change or eliminate your personal data by identifying (name, nickname and email) or by sending e-mail to geral@gviagens.pt.

The information collected, aims to send information / reservations / documentation / e-mail or SMS messages about our products, reservations and services.
The information it provides us protected in the implementation of the various security measures, in particular through conditional access, and the safeguarded confidentiality of the information.
